Dana White Changes His Mind About Women Fighting in the UFC, “It’s Absolutely Going to Happen”

For years Dana White had his mind set that you would “never” see women fight in the UFC. Then came Ronda Rousey.

In an interview with SI.com, White spoke about a women’s division in the UFC for the first time saying “It’s absolutely going to happen.”

He finally woke up to the potential thanks to the rising fame of Ronda Rousey (6-0) who has been everywhere from the cover of Sports Illustrated’s “Body Issue” to being a guest host of TMZ. White spoke a few months ago about being a fan of Rousey and even wore a T-shirt with her SI cover to the UFC on FOX 4 weigh-in.

Who wouldn’t want to see Rousey fight Chris “Cyborg” Santos or Gina Carano in a UFC event?
