Daytime Drunk Annoying, Then Gets Knocked Out

This daytime drunk didn’t know your not supposed to drink before noon. After starting a multiple car traffic jam, the drunk guy gets manhandled by a guy in jean capries, then knocked out by a brightly dressed hipster.
